At Allen House, we were involved in the redevelopment of a 5-story residential property in the heart of Kensington. 

This project began with us completely stripping out the existing interior of the entire building and all external staircases to be able to begin with the structural reconfigurations of the property in order to be able to create new rooms within. 

Our works involved installing new steels, building up the new lift shaft and smoke shaft, creating new doorways and bricking up existing windows with new masonry all throughout the building.
