Our project at Dovehouse Street was for the redevelopment and modernisation of a 4 story property, including a basement in a residential street in the heart of Chelsea. 

 This project was over two phases. The first phase involved stripping out the entire building, excavation in the garden of trial holes for a potential basement out there and installation of steel beams within the property due to structural alterations. 

The second phases consisted of construction of basement slab, concreting of strip foundations and blockwork, installation of block and beam floor and the first fix carpentry.
